Shannon Myers is a certified Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience. Shannon received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Florida in 2000. She is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Specialist. Shannon has a passion for fitness and helping clients of all ages achieve their goals. Caleb Adams is a Saint Augustine native and has recently graduated from The Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. While in college, Caleb became an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer and helped over 100 clients reach their goals. Having moved back to Saint Augustine, Caleb has helped his neighbors and family become healthier and happier through regular exercise and proper nutrition counseling. As an avid sports enthusiast and expert in athletic performance, Keith designs customized training and lifestyle programs for those looking to excel in their unique sport. He has been an athlete as long as he can remember. He grew up playing multiple sports. While in high school, Keith was part of a 6-Man Physical Fitness team that placed 3rd place in the nation.
He holds a B.A. in Psychology and furthered his education in Nuclear Medicine Technology. In 2008, his passion for fitness and educating others lead him to become a Certified Fitness Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the ISSA. He followed that up by becoming a Holistic Lifestyle Coach through the CHEK Institute. His love for golf also attracted him to become a Golf Fitness Instructor with the Titleist Performance Institute.
